Detailed Sword Description
Every element of this wakizashi has been carefully matched to its longer counterpart to form a perfect pair.
A Mirrored Design
The heart of the sword is once again the massive, metal tsuba (guard) in the shape of a dragon's head, adorned with a stunning blue-and-gold patina. Likewise, the hilt (tsuka) honors the traditional style with a white imitation ray skin (same-gawa) base and a tight black wrap (tsuka-ito). All details, including the fittings on the black lacquered scabbard, are identical to the katana, just on a smaller scale.
Blade and Protective Box
The blade is crafted from 440 stainless steel and hardened to 47-51 HRC, ensuring its durability as a display piece. To enhance its exclusive look, the blade is stamped with a pair of decorative golden crests. Furthermore, you will receive a simple wooden box for free with the wakizashi, which protects it during transport.
