Return of goods and withdrawal from the contract
If the goods delivered to you are not suitable in size or you have another reason for returning them and you are a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. More detailed conditions for withdrawal, including a description of the cases where you do not have the right to withdraw, are described in Article 5 of the General Terms and Conditions for consumers for purchases via the online shop
Please inform us preferably by email that you are withdrawing from the contract, or enclose the withdrawal statement directly with the returned goods. However, you may withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal declaration made towards our company. You can also use the sample form below to withdraw from the contract.

Please pack the goods carefully and send them by insured parcel. Please note that you are responsible for the goods until they are returned. Please also keep the parcel number for tracking purposes. Do not send returned goods by cash on delivery. We do not accept COD shipments.
If you paid for the goods by card or PayPal, we will refund the price of the returned goods in the same way. If you paid for the goods by cash on delivery or bank transfer, please add the bank account number where we will refund the money to your withdrawal. As a condition of the financial refund, the goods must be returned or proof that the goods have been shipped. We process shipments promptly, usually within 5 working days. The right of return discussed here applies to consumers, not to businesses or legal entities.
Please note: The consumer shall bear the costs of returning the goods in accordance with the provisions of Section 1820 (1) (i) of the Civil Code.
