Return and Refund Policy

You can return or exchange any unworn, undamaged and unwashed merchandise by mail. Returns made within 14 days of the receipt date will be refunded to the original form of payment.

How do I return or exchange my item if I am an international customer?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a pre-paid SmartLabel for International orders. Please be sure to send your return or exchange using a method that provides a tracking number so you can follow its journey!

Need an exchange? To ensure availability of your replacement item, you may place a new order for the item you would like in exchange. If you would like to make an exchange using your packing list, please keep in mind that the applicable shipping fees will be applied to your new order. Any shipping fees associated with returned or exchanged merchandise is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

How long will it take for my return or exchange to process?

We will email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow about one week to process your return/exchange.

How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping is calculated according to the overall weight of the items in your shopping cart. You will see the exact amount when proceeding to the checkout before order your final confirmation. It means that you can still decide whether to buy or not. Customers from outside the EU will be automatically charged no 21% VAT after a non-EU shipping address has been input.
