You can return or exchange any unworn, undamaged and unwashed merchandise by mail. Returns made within 14 days of the receipt date will be refunded to the original form of payment.
How do I return or exchange my item if I am an international customer?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a pre-paid Smart Label for International orders. Please be sure to send your return or exchange using a method that provides a tracking number so you can follow its journey!

In order to prevent unecological returns, you can voluntarily note the number of the reason for the return:
- Doesn't fit - too small
- Doesn't fit - too big
- I do not like it
- Delivered wrong goods
- The goods have a defect (please describe)
- Other reason (please describe)
- Any special reason
Need an exchange? To ensure availability of your replacement item, you may place a new order for the item you would like in exchange. If you would like to make an exchange using your packing list, please keep in mind that the applicable shipping fees will be applied to your new order. Any shipping fees associated with returned or exchanged merchandise is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
How long will it take for my return or exchange to process?
We will email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow about one week to process your return/exchange.
