Large Decorative King Arthur Shield – Round Table and Dragon
Symbolism: The Heart of the Arthurian Legend
Every detail on this shield tells a part of the story. The top section is dominated by the black dragon, the symbol of Uther Pendragon, Arthur's father, and the ancient prophecy of the king who would unite Britain. The center of the shield belongs to the Round Table. The circular design with swords pointing outwards symbolizes the equality among the knights and their readiness to defend the realm in all directions. In the center of the circle and at the bottom, you will find Celtic knots, symbolizing eternity, the endless cycle of life, and the interconnection of all things.
Craftsmanship and Installation
The shield is shaped like a classic kite shield, which historically protected riders from shoulder to knee. It is made of strong sheet metal with a finish imitating polished steel with a fine patina. The corners are decorated with engraved brass fittings, and the perimeter is lined with rivets. The back is equipped with a sturdy chain, allowing you to hang the shield easily and safely on the wall.

Care Instructions
The metal surface is coated with a lacquer layer that protects it from oxidation. Maintenance is therefore very easy – simply wipe off dust regularly with a soft duster or microfiber cloth. Do not use water or chemical cleaners to avoid damaging the protective lacquer and brass details.
