The core of this universal kitchen knife is formed by premium VG 10 stainless steel, which achieves an extreme hardness of approximately 60 degrees on the Rockwell scale. On each side of this exceptionally hard core, 33 stabilizing layers of Damascus steel are precisely forged, making an impressive total of 67 layers. The black handle is made from the modern G10 composite material, which is completely hygienically safe, moisture-resistant, and extremely robust. Furthermore, the centre of the handle is tastefully decorated with an elegant mosaic pin. Because you are handling a very sharp professional tool, always exercise maximum caution while working to prevent serious injuries. Never use the knife for chopping hard bones or deeply frozen foods, as this could cause fatal chipping to the thin edge. To preserve its long-lasting sharpness and perfect appearance, strictly never wash the knife in a dishwasher. After every use, wash it gently by hand under lukewarm water, dry it thoroughly right away with a soft cloth, and store it safely out of the reach of children.
