High-quality blades have been forged in the Far East for more than 1,000 years, and this knife seamlessly continues this proud heritage. The core of the blade is made from premium VG 10 stainless steel, which achieves an extreme hardness of approximately 60 degrees on the Rockwell scale. On each side of this solid core, 33 stabilizing layers of Damascus steel are precisely forged, making an impressive total of 67 layers. This unique construction gives the blade not only a gorgeous and unrepeatable marbled pattern but above all offers exceptional cutting performance while maintaining the highest possible flexibility and durability.

Perfect Ergonomics and Safe Care Guidelines

The handle is precision-crafted from the modern G10 composite material in an elegant black colour, decorated with subtle red spacers. This material is hygienically safe, extremely robust, and highly resistant to moisture and mechanical damage. Thanks to its universal shape and excellent balance, this knife is an indispensable versatile helper that should not be missing in any kitchen. Since it is an extremely sharp tool, always exercise maximum caution when cutting to prevent serious injuries. Never use the knife for chopping hard bones or frozen foods, as this could cause fatal chipping to the edge. To maintain its perfect characteristics, never wash the knife in a dishwasher.
