The shield is crafted from sturdy 1.6 mm (16-gauge) steel, giving it authentic weight and resilience. It features the classic, gently curved "heater shield" shape that effectively deflects blows. The edges are furnished with a reinforced, folded rim of approximately 5 mm thickness, significantly increasing its strength and safety.

The front of the shield is treated with a white primer coat, making it perfectly prepared for your artistic talents. The back is painted black for protection against corrosion. In addition to white, other surface finishes (e.g., blackened or natural steel) are available upon request.
