Viking Vendelhelm with hammered helmet bowl and aventail

This Viking Vendel helmet is handcrafted from riveted mild steel, 1.2mm thick, and equipped with a long aventail made of single closed chain rings. The helmet is intricately embossed/hammered on its eye mask and in the hammered helmet bowl plates. From the inside the helmet is treated with black paint against corrosion.
