Articulated Gauntlets Merek
The Merek gauntlets are crafted from riveted and articulated plates of 16 gauge (approx. 1,6 mm thick) steel paired with an internally integrated suede leather glove. The riveted construction gives the plates articulated movement and the glove is sewn to riveted bands of protective leather beneath the finger plates. A strap with a brass buckle tightens and fits the glove to the wrist. The suede leather is both supple, yet robust in its construction.
