Culloden Basket-Hilt Sword, Battlecry Series

The Battlecry version is taken from a design that could have seen action at the battle of Culloden in 1746. The blade is made of 1065 high carbon steel, which has had the darkened, battle-worn finish applied to it along with the hilt fittings. The intricate steel basket guard is adorned with circular and diamond-shaped cutouts and expertly executed grooving. The wooden grip has been covered in real ray skin and a decorative silver metal wire. Black wool lines the basket.

This famous one-handed sword comes sharp and includes a matching leather scabbard with belt stop and adjustable leather frog.
