Important Note: Leather Sole
These boots feature an authentic smooth leather sole. The nails visible on the bottom serve for the structural connection of the sole to the upper, not as anti-slip studs. The boots perform excellently on grass and dirt, but on modern smooth surfaces (tiles, asphalt, parquet, concrete), they can be slippery. If you plan to wear the boots often in the city or on hard surfaces, we recommend having a cobbler add a thin rubber sole.
