Built to Last
The blade is hand-forged from carbon steel and features a wide central fuller, which visually lightens it, although the weight remains uncompromising. What you will appreciate, especially during frequent use, is the practical assembly: the blade tang passes through the entire handle and is secured at the end of the pommel with a double-screwed connection. If the crossguard loosens after a hard training session (which is common with stage swords), simply take a wrench, tighten the nut, and the sword is rock-solid and ready for action again.
The hilt is wrapped in black leather, ensuring a firm grip. The simple steel crossguard and massive profiled pear-shaped pommel form a harmonious unit suitable for almost any medieval costume.

Care and Maintenance
The sword is made of carbon steel, which is not stainless. Moisture is its enemy. Wipe the blade with a dry cloth after every use and apply a thin layer of oil (e.g., WD-40 or gun oil). Before every training session, check that the nut on the pommel is tight to ensure safe handling.
