Blackened Leaf-Shaped Spearhead, 29.2 cm, Carbon Steel
Quality Construction and Easy Assembly
This spearhead is hand-forged, which means that each piece may have slight variations in dimensions or finish – all of which adds to its authentic character. The leaf-shaped blade is designed primarily for thrusting. The surface is brushed and then blackened for a rugged, period-correct appearance.
Mounting it on a haft (shaft) is straightforward. The socket has an internal diameter of approximately 24.75 mm (0.97 in), making it ideal for a standard haft with a diameter of around 2.5 cm (approx. 1 in). For a firm and secure fit, the socket is already equipped with a pre-drilled hole, allowing you to secure the head with a rivet or screw (haft and mounting hardware are not included).

Care of the Product
As the spearhead is made from carbon steel, it is not stainless. Dry it carefully after each use (especially in humid environments or after contact with sweat). For long-term preservation, we recommend wiping the surface regularly with a lightly oiled cloth (e.g., conservation oil or standard WD-40 is excellent for this). This will prevent rust and keep the spearhead in perfect condition. Never leave the spearhead in damp grass, on the ground, or in a damp wrap.
