Caring for Your Leather Gear

To ensure the smooth cowhide leather retains its strength, flexibility, and longevity, regular care is essential. Simply wipe away common dirt with a damp cloth and let the leather air dry naturally at room temperature. Never dry leather items on a radiator, in direct sunlight, or near an open flame—the leather will dry out, harden, and crack. We recommend treating the surface of the leather several times a year with a high-quality leather conditioner or beeswax. Minor variations in color and surface texture are natural characteristics of genuine leather, making each piece a unique original.
