This is a bow after a Scythian design, ideally suited to women and young archers. The delicate shape of the composite bow with real wood ends of ash or walnut draws quite softly. The bow is made of fiberglass, covered with leather and equipped with a Dacron bow string. The model can be drawn up to 26 inches and can be used both by right-handers and left-handers. The Scythians were a large group of Iranian, Eurasian nomads who were mentioned by the literate peoples surrounding them as inhabiting large areas in the central Eurasian steppes from about the 9th century BC until about the 1st century BC.
