This model draws inspiration from knife designs of the 14th to 17th centuries. The blade is forged from stainless steel, providing a modern advantage by resisting rust when coming into contact with food acids. The 2 mm thick blade features a full-tang design with handle scales securely attached by brass rivets—available in either dark horn or light bone. The front of the handle is fitted with an elegant brass bolster that protects the natural material from splitting.

• The handle scales are made from natural materials (bone/horn) that are sensitive to prolonged soaking in water and high heat. Never wash the knife in a dishwasher!
• Hand-wash the knife after use with warm soapy water, dry immediately with a soft cloth, and store in a dry place. Periodically treat the bone or horn scales with a drop of mineral oil or beeswax to prevent drying and maintain their natural luster.
