Designed for Right-Handed Warriors
This baldric is specifically designed for right-handed users. It is worn over the right shoulder, positioning your weapon on your left hip for an easy cross-body draw. The versatile "frog" (weapon holder) features leather lacing that allows you to adjust the diameter, making it compatible with a wide range of gear:
- Swords with Scabbards: Fits most standard scabbard widths perfectly.
- Axes and Bludgeons: Tighten the lacing to securely grip the handle of an axe or mace.
- LARP Weapons: The adjustable nature accommodates the often thicker profiles of foam weapons.
Durable Materials and Comfort
Crafted from ethically sourced buffalo leather approximately 3 mm thick, this baldric is built to last. It features solid brass rivets and a heavy-duty brass buckle for size adjustment. The design prioritizes your comfort with a widened shoulder pad (approx. 7.2 cm), which prevents the strap from digging into your shoulder, even when carrying heavier steel weapons.

Care Instructions and Tips
Leather is a natural material that requires care to maintain its quality. Keep the baldric dry; if it gets wet, allow it to air dry away from direct heat sources to prevent cracking. Clean off dirt with a soft brush or a damp cloth. We recommend treating the leather with high-quality leather wax or oil periodically to keep it supple.
Note: This holder is not suitable for very thin blades without a scabbard (such as thin rapiers), as they may slip through the lacing. Always ensure the lacing is tightened securely around your weapon handle or scabbard before use.
