For traditional longbows or recurve bows, filling the bag with compressed hay or straw works excellently. However, if you are using a high-performance compound bow or a crossbow, we recommend stuffing the bag tightly with PP granules, old rags (ensure buttons and zips are removed), or scrap plastic wrap. A well-packed bag will stop even high-velocity arrows effectively while allowing for an easy, two-finger pull extraction.
