Care and Maintenance Instructions

To ensure this splendid garment serves you well for many years and retains its vibrant green color, we recommend adhering to the following care guidelines:

• Washing: Wash exclusively by hand or in a washing machine using a delicate/handwash cycle at temperatures up to 30°C (approx. 86°F). Turn the surcoat inside out before washing to protect the metal rivets and yellow trim from rubbing against the drum.
• Detergents: Use only mild liquid detergents designed for colored fabrics. Avoid bleaches, aggressive stain removers, or fabric softeners, which could break down the brushed texture of the duvetine.
• Drying: Never tumble dry this product. After washing, gently press out excess water (do not wring forcefully) and let it dry flat on a towel or hang it on a wide coat hanger in the shade. Direct sunlight can cause the green dye to fade.
• Ironing: Iron only from the reverse side on a medium heat setting (cotton setting). Never iron directly over the metal rivets or the yellow trim on the front side.

Safety Warnings and Restrictions

This surcoat is made from 100% cotton, which means it is flammable. Exercise extreme caution when standing near campfires, torches, or when dealing with festival pyrotechnics. Flying sparks can easily burn holes into the fabric or cause it to catch fire. The metal rivets are securely attached, but extreme mechanical stress (such as high-intensity full-contact armored combat like Buhurt) could tear them out or rip the fabric. This garment is not certified as protective sports equipment.
