Usage and Care

- After use, rinse with clean water and let it air dry completely (never place it on a radiator or in direct sunlight, as thermal shock can crack the stone).
- To ensure longevity, try to use the entire surface area of the stone to prevent it from dishing in the centre. Flatten it occasionally with a flattening stone if necessary.
