These elongated buttons, often called "toggles," are the perfect solution for fastening heavy fabrics where standard flat buttons might fail. Thanks to their wedge shape and length of approx. 5.5 cm (2.1 inches), they slip easily through loops but won't come undone on their own. Ideal for:

Care Instructions for Horn
To ensure these buttons last for years without cracking, treat them with care.
- Washing: Do not put garments with these buttons in the washing machine or dryer. Hot water and harsh chemical detergents will dry out the horn and destroy its structure. We recommend gentle hand washing in lukewarm water.
- Maintenance: Occasionally rub the buttons with vegetable oil or beeswax. The material absorbs the oil, maintaining its shine and preventing brittleness.
- Storage: Keep in a dry place. Prolonged exposure to moisture can damage the horn.
We recommend sewing these buttons on with strong linen thread or a thin leather cord that matches the hole diameter.
