How to Care for Combination Leather

Since the pouch is made of two types of leather, it requires somewhat specific care. We recommend treating the smooth flap and belt loop occasionally with a high-quality leather balm or beeswax so the material does not dry out and retains its suppleness. However, be careful with the brushed leather (suede) body of the pouch! Never apply greasy creams or waxes to it, as the leather would irreversibly stick together and be ruined. Clean the brushed part only dry with a special rubber nubuck brush, and use only impregnating sprays for moisture protection. If the pouch gets wet, dry it slowly at room temperature, never near a fire or on a radiator.
