
The Norman bag became a favourite transport bag and that especially for brave Norman conquerors who gained control over the British Islands. It is made has been manufactured according to a specimen dating back to the 10th 12th century. Decorations sewn onto the flap are in the shape of an almond shield that was typical for the Normans.
