Caring for Your New Horn
To ensure this treasure serves you for as long as possible, please follow a few simple rules:
- Before the first use, rinse the horn thoroughly under lukewarm running water.
- After each use, wash it by hand only. Never put it in the dishwasher or heat it in the microwave.
- The horn is intended for cold and lukewarm drinks (e.g., beer, mead, wine, water, non-acidic soft drinks) with an alcohol content of up to 20%.
- Never pour hot beverages, coffee, tea, or hot soups into it. High temperatures could permanently damage the material and cause cracks.
- To extend its life and maintain its beautiful appearance, you can occasionally treat the inside with beeswax (if you prefer natural maintenance).
