Appearance and Inspiration

This LARP spear impresses at first glance with its realistic craftsmanship. The spearhead, made from durable PUR foam, has a metallic grey appearance and characteristic "wings" on the sides of the blade. This design is based on historical winged spears (German: Flügellanze), used particularly in the early and high Middle Ages. The wings served to prevent the tip from penetrating too deeply into the target, making it easier to withdraw the weapon.
