Maintenance and Recommended Accessories

Because the blade is made of high carbon steel, it will succumb to rust without proper care. After every use, even if only touched with bare hands, the blade must be cleaned and coated with a thin layer of gun oil. We recommend occasionally treating the leather on the scabbard and handle with a beeswax-based leather balm. This will ensure that the weapon serves you well for decades and always looks like new.
