With 67 layers, this series is one of the top products on the market. The handle material used is the hygienically safe and extremely robust G10. The core of the blade is made of VG 10 steel with a Rockwell hardness of approx. 60 degrees. On both sides, 33 stabilizing layers of Damascus steel are forged on each side. The Damascus blade offers maximum cutting performance with the greatest possible flexibility.
