Design and Construction
This tankard hanger is made from honest, approx. 3 mm thick cowhide, ensuring long life and durability. It consists of two loops:
- Upper Loop: Used to attach to your belt. It is openable and secured with a strong metal snap fastener, so you can easily put it on or take it off without having to remove your entire belt.
- Lower Loop: This loop is solidly riveted and is used to thread the handle of your tankard, mug, or drinking horn (in a leather holster).
The entire surface is decorated with an embossed endless Celtic knot, which gives the hanger an authentic and mystical look. It is available in three colours – brown, green, and red – so you can choose the one that best matches your attire.
How to Use Your Hanger
Using it is completely intuitive:
- Unsnap the fastener on the upper loop.
- Slide the loop over your belt (suitable for belts up to approx. 6 cm or 2.3 inches wide).
- Securely close the snap fastener.
- Slide the handle of your tankard or drinking horn through the lower loop.
- Done! Your drinking vessel now hangs securely at your side.

Caring for Your Leather Accessories
