This front-end assembly, technically known as the riser and limb assembly, is the engine that drives your bolt. Designed specifically for the MK-XB65BK Chester, it utilises advanced Quad Limb technology (split limbs). This design offers superior stability and balance compared to solid limbs. Coupled with aggressive CNC-machined cams, this system is capable of generating a draw weight of 200 lbs (approx. 91 kg) and propelling bolts at speeds of up to 425 FPS (approx. 130 m/s).
Included in the assembly are integrated rubber string dampeners. These are essential for high-performance crossbows as they significantly reduce firing noise and absorb residual vibration, protecting the limbs from stress fractures. Installation and Use

- Loosen and remove the main connecting bolt that holds the old riser to the stock (barrel).

Maintenance Tips

- Check Bolts: Vibration can loosen screws over time. Inspect the limb bolts and cam axles before every shooting session.
Crucial Warning
Never, under any circumstances, dry fire your crossbow! Firing without a bolt loaded causes the massive stored energy to shock the limbs and cams instead of transferring to the projectile. This will likely destroy the cams, crack the limbs, snap the string, and could cause serious personal injury.
