This tunic is crafted from a durable wool blend (51% wool, 49% polyester). This composition provides the insulation, breathability, and rustic look of wool, while the synthetic fibers enhance durability and comfort against the skin. It holds its shape well and is easier to care for than pure wool.

The defining feature is the herringbone pattern (also known as broken twill). This distinctive V-shaped weaving pattern was widely used in the Viking Age (proven by archaeological finds in places like Hedeby and York) to create fabrics that were more flexible and durable than plain weaves. It adds a level of visual depth and sophistication to your outfit.

The design stays true to early medieval traditions:
