Blade Care and Proper Maintenance

Despite the use of stainless material, we highly recommend that after a hard day in the woods, you thoroughly clean the machete of any resin or plant sap, wipe it completely dry, and lightly treat it with a gentle preservation oil. The included nylon sheath, which features a convenient back/shoulder strap, can be easily cleaned with lukewarm soapy water and left to air dry if it gets dirty.
