The customer service is simply amazing. I made a mistake when ordering and contacted them on Sunday, I expected to receive a response on Monday and to my great surprise half an hour later I received a response that my problem had been solved. Shortly after I saw that the previous mistake I made had created another problem, I sent another email and again the response and the problem was solved immediately. Now about the product, the build quality is very good and it seems very solid. Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to try it yet but I can't wait. The assembly was quite easy and it doesn't take much force to arm the crossbow. It is easy to use and looks a lot of fun. Definitely a very good choice for beginners or those who want something quality that doesn't cost much.
