More Than Just a Blade: A Multifunctional Wilderness Tool
This knife is conceived as a "last resort tool". The Spear Point blade with a swedge on the spine is optimized for piercing techniques and heavy-duty work. On the spine of the blade, you will find a functional sawback, which will help you with notching wood or cutting through ropes. However, the most interesting feature is hidden in the handle. By unscrewing the massive end cap, you gain access to a holder with bits (screwdrivers). The end cap of the handle has a hole into which you insert the bit, instantly turning the knife handle into a sturdy screwdriver. Thanks to the knurled surface of the handle, the tool won't slip even in a sweaty or muddy palm.
Material and Durability
The blade is made of 1070 High Carbon Steel. From a metallurgist's perspective, this is an excellent choice for tools that must withstand impact and rough handling. 1070 steel is tough and easy to sharpen even in field conditions, which is a key feature for a survival knife. Since this steel is not stainless, the blade is coated with a durable black finish that protects it from corrosion and eliminates unwanted glare. With a spine thickness of over 6.5 mm (approx. 0.26 inches), this is a truly robust piece of steel.

Historical Context and Care
