Modern Technology in a Classic Guise
The blade is made of 440A stainless steel, which is sufficiently flexible and offers good corrosion resistance. The surface features a grey titanium coating, giving the knife not only a tactical matte look but also increased scratch resistance. The blade shape is a classic Spear Point with a false edge on the spine – meaning the knife is sharpened on one side only, increasing safety during closing. Opening is achieved via a flipper and a spring mechanism (Spring Assisted). Simply flick the protrusion on the spine, and the 14 cm (5.5 inches) long blade locks into place with a satisfying click via the Linerlock.
The handle is constructed from light metal, also with a titanium finish to match the blade. For a more secure grip and an elegant appearance, it is fitted with scales made of dark Pakkawood (laminated and resin-stabilised wood). The handle is decorated with stylish holes that reduce weight and reference historical designs.

History and Usage
The original stiletto was a dagger designed for piercing chainmail in Renaissance Italy. In the 1950s and 60s, this shape transformed into switchblades, becoming an icon of pop culture and cinema. This XXL model retains the slender, elegant silhouette but is adapted to modern safety standards. Due to the length and slenderness of the blade, the knife is intended more for thrusting techniques, light cutting, or as a display piece. It is not suitable for prying or chopping wood.
Care and Maintenance
Thanks to the titanium layer and stainless steel, the knife is low maintenance. Occasionally blow dust out of the assisted opening mechanism and lock, and apply a drop of oil to the pivot to maintain its snappy action. Pakkawood is moisture-resistant but not indestructible – do not wash the knife in a dishwasher or leave it submerged in water for long periods.
Warning: Keep in mind that this is a very large knife with rapid deployment. When handling, ensure you have enough space around you to avoid injuring yourself or others.
