Dual-Stage Sharpening System
Despite its small size, this sharpener offers a complete system combining two materials for different levels of dullness:
- Coarse Side (Karbid/Carbide): Contains hard carbide inserts arranged in a "V" shape. It is intended for coarse sharpening (pre-grind) of very dull or damaged blades. It quickly removes material and restores the edge shape.
- Fine Side (Keramik/Ceramic): Contains white ceramic rods. It is used for final honing and smoothing the edge after using carbide, or for regular maintenance of slightly dull knives.
Safe Usage
The sharpener is equipped with non-slip rubber feet on the bottom. For the best results and safety, place it on a solid surface (table, stump, rock), hold it firmly by the textured pads with one hand, and pull the knife through the slot towards you with the other. Thanks to the pre-set angle, you don't have to worry about the knife's tilt.
