Care and Maintenance
Although the knife is made of stainless steel, it deserves your care. Clean and dry it after use. If you cut acidic foods (fruit, onions), rinse the blade with water. The leather sheath is a natural material – if it gets wet, let it dry naturally at room temperature (never on a heater, as the leather would harden and crack) and treat it with a leather conditioner.
