Recommended Bolt Parameters
To maintain maximum performance and safety, use only bolts with these specifications:
- Length: 20 inches
- Material: Carbon
- Weight: Minimum 390 grains (including point)
- Nock: V-Track nock or Half-moon nock
- Point: 100-grain Field or Broadhead
Crossbow Care and Maintenance
Regularly lubricate the rail every 5 to 10 shots using the included rail lube to prevent premature wear on the center serving. Keep strings and cables treated with string wax to prevent fraying. Never dry fire! Firing the crossbow without a bolt will cause immediate and catastrophic damage to the limbs and cams. Despite the Anti-Dry Fire safety, always double-check that the bolt is fully seated against the string before firing.
