The knife is fitted with a 100 mm (3.94 in) blade made from the proven AUS-8 stainless steel. This steel is globally appreciated for its ease of sharpening and excellent corrosion resistance. Furthermore, the blade surface features a matte titanium finish, which eliminates unwanted reflections and increases overall durability. The handle is built on a solid stainless steel frame, upon which ergonomically shaped scales made of durable G10 composite are mounted. Distinctive relief cut-outs (skeletonisation) have reduced the weight of the knife to a very pleasant 150 grams (5.29 oz). For comfortable carry on a belt or in a pocket, the handle is equipped with a sturdy metal pocket clip.

Safe Usage Guidelines and Proper Care

Although the knife possesses a tactical appearance and is equipped with a reliable Linerlock mechanism, remember that it is a very sharp working tool. For safety reasons, we must strongly warn you: the knife is under no circumstances intended for contact combat, man-to-man self-defence, or martial arts training. Likewise, never use the weapon as a pry bar, chisel, or screwdriver. Disproportionate lateral pressure could cause the lock to fail, resulting in severe finger injuries. Always clean the blade after use in a wet or dusty environment. For long-term protection of the steel and to maintain the silky smooth operation of the ball bearings, we recommend regularly treating the knife with the proven universal oil Ballistol.
