The karambit knife traces its roots back to Southeast Asia, where it originally served as an agricultural implement inspired by the shape of a tiger's claw. Today, it is globally recognised as one of the most effective designs for self-defence and tactical applications. The 115 mm long blade of the Cyllene model is crafted from popular 420 stainless steel, guaranteeing excellent corrosion resistance and easy maintenance. The handle features scales made of durable plastic, styled with pronounced finger grooves and a textured surface, which prevents the knife from slipping even if your hands are wet or you are wearing gloves.

Durable Sheath and Safety Guidelines

Included with this robust knife is a practical and secure sheath made of mechanically durable plastic. This sheath is equipped with a belt clip, allowing you to carry the knife at the ready on your waist. Additionally, around the edges of the sheath, there are multiple holes and slots, giving you the option to attach it to a tactical vest or backpack using paracord, exactly to your specific needs. However, we strongly warn you that this is a very sharp working tool. It is under no circumstances intended for contact historical fencing or man-to-man training combat.

Care for Stainless Steel and Plastic Parts

Even though the blade is constructed from 420 stainless steel, we highly recommend that after every demanding outdoor use, you carefully clean the knife of moisture and dirt, wipe it completely dry, and lightly treat the blade with a drop of suitable gun oil. This will keep the uniform appearance of the black coating in perfect condition. The plastic handle and the sheath can simply be washed with lukewarm water if they become soiled with mud and left to air dry naturally.
