Recommended Bow and Arrow Setup

To get the most out of your target and ensure safety, we recommend the following setup:

• Arrow Types: Wooden youth arrows or lightweight carbon/fibreglass arrows.
• Points: Use only target points (field or bullet style).
• Safety Note: Never use broadheads on this target; they will slice through the foam layers and destroy the block in just a few shots.

Maintenance and Care Advice

Polyfoam targets are tough, but they aren't invincible. To extend the life of your target block, try to rotate your aiming points so you don't wear out the centre too quickly. Store the target in a dry, shaded area when not in use, as prolonged exposure to intense sunlight can eventually make the foam brittle. Never shoot at this target with a high-powered compound bow or a crossbow; the high kinetic energy will cause the arrow to pass straight through, potentially damaging the fletching and creating a safety hazard behind the target.
