Blade Construction and Premium D2 Steel

The key element of this knife is its 90 mm (3.54 inches) long blade. It is crafted from the highly regarded D2 tool steel. Although often referred to by laymen as stainless, it is technically a semi-stainless steel with a high carbon and chromium content. This steel is characterised by extreme wear resistance and holds a fantastic edge even under very rough handling. The distinct oval and triangular cutouts (so-called skeletonizing) in the body of the blade serve a purely practical purpose – they shift the knife's centre of gravity closer to the palm and reduce the overall weight, which you will appreciate during all-day carry. Opening the knife is facilitated by a flipper tab on the spine of the blade, which, combined with the integrated ball bearings in the pivot, ensures an incredibly smooth and lightning-fast action.

Handle Material and Reliable Linerlock Safety

The handle is a masterpiece of modern engineering. It consists of solid stainless steel liners to which modern G10 material scales and additional steel overlay elements are attached using Torx screws. G10 is a high-pressure fibreglass laminate with epoxy resin that is completely immune to water, temperature changes, and mechanical damage. The fine texture on the G10 surface ensures an uncompromising grip even with wet or muddy hands. Operational safety is handled by the proven internal Linerlock mechanism. Its main advantage over classic backlocks is that the locking leaf is hidden inside the handle. During forceful cutting and a tight grip, there is no risk of accidentally pressing the lock and having the blade close on your fingers.

Safety Warnings and Knife Maintenance

This tactical folding knife is equipped with an extremely sharp blade. It serves exclusively as a universal cutting tool for wilderness survival or everyday tasks. We strongly emphasise that under no circumstances is it intended for contact fencing, martial arts training, or self-defence. Because D2 steel is not 100 percent rust-resistant, we recommend wiping the blade dry after every use (especially after cutting damp food or being in the rain) and occasionally treating it with a thin layer of gun oil or food-safe oil. The knife features a practical lanyard hole for a paracord and a sturdy steel pocket clip, which can be easily swapped to the left or right side of the handle thanks to pre-drilled holes.
