Our privacy policy is very simple. We will not share, sell, give, trade, etc. any of your personal information with anybody, period. All information given to us is used by us only.
Your phone number will only be used in the event that there is a problem with your order, and we cannot reach you via email. Your email address is used only should we need to get hold of you for order clarification etc. At some point we may send out emails mentioning special sales or items. If you receive one of these emails and would not like to receive any more, you may opt out at any time by emailing us the request. However by doing so, of course you will no longer be notified of or eligible for any special sales.
Please take a photo of the received goods and their labels, tags, QR / barcodes and send them all to info@outfit4events.com. We will contact you and solve the situation.
Unfortunately, a paid order cannot be changed. However, we can cancel it and refund your payment in full and you can then place a new order. Unfortunately, custom-made products or made-to-measure products where production has already started cannot be cancelled.
Due to the long delivery times of some suppliers, their goods can only be ordered when in stock, so we recommend that you fill in your email under the heading "Inform me as soon as in stock" on the respective product page. After re-storage, you will receive a short e-mail that the goods can be ordered again.
We are very sorry, but the production of such a product has been discontinued, so we can no longer supply it. However, we believe that you will find a suitable alternative in our offer.
You can change the currency in the menu in the top right corner of the monitor (hamburger top left of the hand display). You will then see all product prices in the currency of your choice. Please note that the order will be paid for in the selected currency.
The content of our pages is constantly being expanded and changed. While we strive to ensure that all information is accurate and correct, we recognize that our web pages contain errors. Although we pack statuettes and figurines very carefully, such inconveniences can still occur due to careless transport handling. In most cases, the figurine can be easily repaired. The figures are made of synthetic resin, which can be glued well with any two-component adhesive for plastics. If you make the effort, you can save the figure. Moreover, such a solution is much more environmentally friendly than disposing of them. Such a repair may not even be visible. Any trace of a crack can be easily covered up with a colour pencil or other opaque paint. This will give the statuette a second chance and you will certainly be proud of yourself.

Unfortunately, we don't have a store or showroom, we only operate an online store. However, you can pick up your online order in person at our store in CZ-43201 Kadan on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. If you want to choose from several items, you can order them all and then decide on the spot what you want to buy and what not. However, please wait for a notice that your order is ready for pickup before you set off.
We are proud of the sustainable and ecological approach of our company, which is why we do not print a paper catalogue. All our offers are only available electronically in our webshop. The range available here is constantly updated and new products are added. We also regularly have special offers at reduced prices in our webshop. Shopping online without a paper catalogue has many advantages.
If you suspect that your package has been lost, please contact us. We will then report the problem directly to the head office of the relevant transport company, which will initiate the search for the package. They usually have 30 days to do so, but in our experience, the search ends much earlier. If the parcel service confirms the loss of the parcel, we will contact you and make a proposal (sending a new parcel or refunding you).
If the customer asks us to make an additional change to the billing information before submitting the VAT return, which must be submitted by the 20th of the month following the invoice, we will do our best to accommodate the customer. However, changes cannot be made after the VAT return has been submitted. So if you discover an error in your invoice, please contact us as soon as possible at support@outfit4events.cz and describe exactly what needs to be changed.
We sell products from many manufacturers in our webshop. You can always find the name and address of the manufacturer at the bottom of the product page. Unfortunately, we cannot make customised changes to products from foreign manufacturers. Goods from abroad are delivered in standard versions and further changes are not possible. For Czech manufacturers, it is possible to arrange some changes. The seamstresses and saddlers are always willing to accommodate. Unfortunately, it is more difficult for the blacksmiths due to their overloaded production capacities. If you are interested in a change, please send us a request to info@outfit4events.cz before ordering. We will be happy to check whether the requested change is possible and whether there will be an extra charge.
As this is not produced by us, but imported from overseas, changes are unfortunately not possible. The dedication can be engraved on the leather cover of a leather journal using a laser. However, please contact a laser owner close to you with such a request.
