Steel Telescopic Baton 26" with Foam Grip: Your Guardian for the Road

Reach Advantage and Firm Grip

The main advantage of this model is its extended length – a respectable 65 cm (approx. 26 inches). In a fight or self-defense scenario, a simple rule applies: whoever has the longer reach has the advantage. With this baton, you can conduct your defense from a safer distance than with shorter models or a knife. The handle is covered with a layer of foam rubber. This material is very pleasant to the touch, absorbs shock transmitted to the palm upon impact, and most importantly, provides a non-slip grip even if your hands are sweaty or you are under stress.

The baton is carried in its collapsed state in a nylon holster, which easily slides onto your belt. Usage is intuitive: in case of danger, simply draw the baton from the holster and flick your wrist sharply away from your body to open it. The tubes lock into each other thanks to the friction lock mechanism, and the baton remains rigid like a solid bar.

How to Use and Maintain the Baton

To close the baton, you need to release the friction cones. You do this by holding the baton handle loosely with two fingers and striking the tip vertically against a hard surface (concrete, pavement). Never try to close the baton by pushing it against a wall or using your hands; it won't work. If the baton doesn't close, it means you used significant force when opening it – don't be afraid to use an adequate strike to close it.

To ensure the baton serves you well for a long time, keep it dry. If it gets wet, disassemble it at home (by unscrewing the end cap), wipe it dry, and let it air out. You can treat the sliding surfaces very sparingly with silicone oil, but be careful – if you grease them too much, the baton won't stay open. The mechanism works on friction, so "the less oil, the better" applies.

Important Warning: A strike with a metal baton can cause serious injury or bone fractures. Strikes to the head, neck, and spine can be lethal. Use this tool exclusively in accordance with self-defense laws and in cases of extreme emergency. Before purchasing, please verify the laws of your country regarding the ownership and carrying of telescopic batons.
