Junior Adventurer Survival Knife with Safety Tip and Kit

Design and Features

The blade is made of high-quality 420 stainless steel, offering good corrosion resistance and easy sharpening. For a tactical look, the blade surface is blackened. On the spine of the knife, you will find serrations (a saw back) capable of dealing with small sticks. The handle is made of light metal alloy with a non-slip texture, ensuring the knife fits securely even in smaller hands. The hollow handle is sealed with a screw cap containing an integrated compass. Inside, you will find a basic emergency set (typically matches, fishing line, hook). The knife comes with a black nylon belt sheath.

A Rite of Passage

Gifting a first knife is a sign of trust. A knife is a tool, not a weapon. Learning how to properly sharpen a stick for roasting marshmallows or how to make tent pegs builds a sense of responsibility, manual dexterity, and a connection to nature in a young person. This model is the perfect entry-level tool for the world of outdoor adventures.

Maintenance and Safety Warning

Although the knife has a rounded tip, the edge is fully functional and sharp! The knife should be used by children only under adult supervision. Teach your young woodsman the golden rules: never run with an unsheathed knife and always cut away from the body. Care for the knife by cleaning and drying it after use. The compass in the handle is for basic orientation; protect it from hard impacts.
