The closure system is double-layered—the outer decorative cap serves as a shot glass, hiding a tight screw cap underneath that protects the contents from spilling.

Product Care

The combination of metal and leather requires specific maintenance to ensure the product lasts for years:

• Rinse the inside with warm water before first use.
• Never put the flask in the dishwasher. Hot water and chemicals would irreversibly destroy the leather wrapping.
• You can occasionally treat the leather with leather conditioner or beeswax to prevent it from drying out and cracking.
• Do not store alcohol inside for more than 3 days. Although stainless steel is durable, long-term contact with spirits can affect the taste of the beverage.
• Avoid filling with acidic drinks (fruit juices, citrus liqueurs) which could damage the inner surface.

For easy filling without unnecessary waste, I recommend using a small stainless steel funnel.
