Haller Survival Knife with Hollow Handle and Compass
Everything You Need Always at Hand
The main feature of this knife is its hollow metal handle. By unscrewing the massive pommel, you gain access to a water-resistant compartment storing a container with small survival accessories (typically matches, fishing line, hook, etc.). The pommel itself is equipped with an integrated compass, so you can always find the right direction. The stainless steel blade features a sawback spine, useful for emergency sawing of wood or plastics.
Durability and Carry
The knife comes with a sheath made of Cordura. This material is known for its extreme resistance to abrasion, tearing, and mildew. Unlike leather, Cordura requires almost no maintenance and dries quickly, which you will appreciate in wet environments.

Knife Care
To ensure the compass works correctly and items in the handle stay dry, we recommend keeping the pommel threads clean and occasionally lubricating them with silicone grease. Clean and dry the blade after use. While stainless steel is resistant, it can develop surface rust in aggressive environments, so treat it with oil occasionally.
Safety Warning
This knife is a sharp tool. When handling items inside the handle, ensure the knife is safely sheathed. The compass is a sensitive instrument – do not expose it to strong magnetic fields or extreme impacts.
