To ensure this exclusive hat retains its perfect shape and the beauty of its feathers and fine lace in the long term, it is necessary to care for it properly and gently. The product must under no circumstances be machine washed, soaked in water, or tumble dried. We recommend removing any surface dirt very carefully dry using a soft clothes brush. In case of heavier soiling, entrust the hat exclusively to a specialised professional dry cleaner. The chiffon veil can be very carefully smoothed with a vertical garment steamer, but pay immense attention to ensure the hot steam does not reach the ostrich feathers, which could be irreversibly damaged by moisture and heat. Store the hat in a dry place, ideally on a hat stand or in a special box, to prevent irreversible deformation.
