This belt is a similar version of the simple Gothic belt with a wrought buckle in Celtic style. Its model also comes from Western Flanders (Belgium). It is an example of simple artisanal processing. The medieval leather belt with a iron buckle is made of oxhide obtained from fat oxen. This leather is of very high quality, and so, when it is properly treated, it guarantees long-term durability and firmness of the product. An iron hand-hammered wrought buckle is made in the traditional manner. Traditional decoration in the form of an engraved groove is used along the edges of the belt. The belt's width is 6cm. Besides the colour shown in the picture the belt is available in other colours: see the choice of colour. You can also choose the belt's length. And if you state your waist measure in the order, holes will be precisely cut in the belt so that the belt fits you well.
Important note: The buckle is made of carbon steel. It has to be treated against corrosion from time to time. We recommend beeswax or oil WD40.
