The Tharion sword is designed specifically for LARP (Live Action Role Playing), cosplay, and theatrical performances. The core of the weapon consists of a fiberglass rod, which provides the necessary stiffness and durability. A layer of soft but resilient polyurethane foam (PU) is applied to this core and finished with a realistic metallic look.
