The 95 mm (approx. 3.74 inches) blade is precisely crafted from D2 tool steel. This semi-stainless steel is highly prized by knifemakers worldwide for its extreme wear resistance, excellent hardness, and ability to hold a razor-sharp edge for a very long time. The matte stonewash blade finish also brilliantly conceals minor scratches from everyday use and eliminates unwanted glare. The handle scales made of G10 composite (a high-pressure fibreglass and epoxy resin laminate) provide an outstanding non-slip grip even in wet or muddy environments. Furthermore, it is extremely resistant to mechanical damage and extreme temperatures.

Lightning-Fast Deployment and Reliable Lock

The knife is equipped with an ambidextrous thumb stud, allowing for smooth and lightning-fast blade deployment with just one hand – suitable for both right and left-handed users. Once deployed, the blade is absolutely securely locked in place by a robust steel liner lock, preventing any accidental closure during heavy-duty work. The back of the handle features a sturdy steel pocket clip, allowing you to carry the knife safely and discreetly on your pocket hem or tactical belt.

Maintenance and Crucial Safety Guidelines

D2 steel is classified as a semi-stainless steel, meaning that while it has increased corrosion resistance, it requires slightly more care than standard stainless steels. After cutting damp or acidic materials (such as fruit), always wash the blade and wipe it completely dry. Occasionally applying a light coat of high-quality gun oil to the blade and pivot pin will ensure a long lifespan and smooth action. The knife is supplied from the factory with a very sharp blade. It is a fully functional working tool, and for strict safety reasons, it is absolutely not intended for contact fencing or martial arts training.
