In order for the pouch to firmly hold the knife and not lose its elegant profile over time, the proven technique of wet molding is utilized during its production. After being dampened, the leather is molded exactly into the desired shape, and once dry, it retains its firm, almost shell-like structure. The reinforced edges and robust stitching on this model guarantee a long lifespan and high durability even during daily deployment.

Proper Carry and Regular Care for Natural Leather

The pouch is primarily designed for classic vertical carry on a belt. For the natural leather to serve you as long as possible and maintain its flexibility and luxurious appearance, it requires regular care. We recommend occasionally dusting the pouch with a damp cloth and, after it has completely dried, gently rubbing in a high-quality leather balm containing beeswax. This step nourishes the material and creates a thin protective film against moisture. Never dry leather on a radiator or near an open fire, as it could harden and crack.

Crucial Safety Warning

Always bear in mind that this pouch is constructed exclusively for transporting folding knives in their fully closed position! Under no circumstances should you attempt to insert fixed-blade knives (daggers) or folding knives that you have forgotten to close. The sharp blade would very easily slice through the leather and sturdy seams, irreversibly destroying the pouch and potentially causing you a very serious cutting injury right on your belt.
